- Check in & check out :
- Check in: 1:00 pm.(If rooms are available you can check in earlier too)
- Check out: 11:00 am(If rooms are available extra hours will be chargeableon half day room tariff basis)
- A valid government-issued identification or passport is required at the time of check-in.
- Subletting and re-letting of the rooms as well as the use for any other purpose than accommodation is strictly not allowed and strong action will be taken.
- 100% of the room tariff should be paid before checking in.
- Eligible age for check-in :
- You must be at least 18 years of age to check-in and register for a room.
- Young adults below the age of 18 should be accompanied by parent/guardians.We may require relevant documentation identifying adults as parents/guardians of authorized persons.
- Children above the age of 5 will be considered as an extra person and will be charged.
- No gatherings and parties of any nature are allowed inside the room. The management reserves the right to evict any additional occupants in the room.
- Guest Behaviour :
- Guests are requested to conduct themselves appropriately at all times and to comply with company procedures and/or requests with regard to conduct and respect for the property of the Hotel, its employees and guests and their health and safety.
- Guests are requested not to disrupt the comfort and enjoyment of other guests, the smooth running of the management, or cause offence to other guests or our members of staff.
- We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or services or remove you and members of your party from the Hotel if, in our reasonable opinion, we consider this provision to have been breached. Where this is the case shall have no obligation to refund you for lost accommodation, other services or any other loss or expense incurred.
- Damages :
- We reserve the right and you hereby authorise us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or the hotel during your stay or for any items that are missing when you leave.
- Personal Belongings :
- The management is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of your personal belongings within or outside the hotel premises. Personal Belongings include mobiles, laptop, cash, wallet, cars, etc.
- Car Parking is at owners Risk
- Restrictions :
The following items are restricted in the hotel rooms and premises. Any guests violating these restrictions will be imposed with heavy fines and an official police complaint would be registered for the same.
- Carrying your own pillows, bed sheets, duvets or other items of bedding
- Any electrical appliances and/or equipment for heating and/or cooking purposes
- Video/DvD Player
- Guns, arms and ammunitions,knifes, ropes, any weapon that may be a threat to one’s life and own life.
- Liquor, alcohol, un-prescribed drugs
- Hazardous or Poisonous goods
- Heavy goods and machinery
- No Cooking allowed in the room
- No outside guests allowed in the room
- No Smoking in the rooms
- Playing loud music in the room through docks, speakers, etc.
- Booking and Cancellation Policy:
- 50% advance should be paid at the time of booking the room.
- If in case, any emergency then the booking advance amount will be adjustable fully in next booking within 2 Weeks (Depending on availability), if informed us 10 days prior to your booking dates.
- If the booking is cancelled on the same day of your booking date then the advance amount paid will neither be adjusted nor refunded.
- If informed 10 days prior – 10% Retention charges on room tariff
- If informed 7 days prior – 20% Retention charges on room tariff
- If informed 5 days prior – 30% Retention charges on room tariff
- If informed 3 days prior – 50% Retention charges on room tariff
- Please Note: Cancellations on the same day as well as 3 Days prior will not be accepted and full retention on Advance amount will be applicable.
- If a contracted advance payment is not made even after an appropriately extended deadline with a notice of rejection set by the management, the management has the right to cancel your booking.
- The management has the right to allocate, reallocate the rooms.
- In addition the management has the right to cancel contract extraordinarily due to an objective justified reason.
- For Example: (If)
> Rooms are booked on misleading or false statements regarding the person or the purpose.
> The management has reasonable grounds to assume that use of the hotel services may endangerthe hotel operation, the security or the image of the hotel in public.
> there is a violation of the above mentioned rules and regulations
Please note if an occupied room is unopened or not used for 24 hours, the management has the right to enter the room and vacate the premises.
